AccuRIP Black Pearl users can get operational once again with the same serial number after a crash, reformat or inability to access AccuRIP due to a hardware or OS event. Previous version users can upgrade to the latest version and reset all warranty protections.
- Submit a Live Agent Support Ticket. Freehand’s tech team will reset the serial number at the server. Log in to your My Account to see your serial number. The serial number needs to be provided to the support team.
