How to Fix “Unable to Connect to RipCore”
Windows 7, 8, and 10
The RipCore database has become damaged by a previous bad postscript file.
Easy enough to reset. Working with a current version of AccuRIP will most often resolve a RipCore issue.
Install the newest version of AccuRIP. Download and run the installer from your MY ACCOUNT page to replace your present install.
On the keyboard press the Windows key and R at the same time to open the Run Program feature
Type the following exactly as it appears below then press Enter:
Once you are in the Services Window locate RipcoreBP and STOP the service.
Launch Run Program again with Windows Key and R, enter the following path exactly as it appears below:
This will bring you to the location of the jobManager and PSDisk0 folders
Delete the jobManager folder, return to Services, and start RipCoreBP
