How to Use iLok License Manager

I’m going to briefly walk you through the iLok License Manager where you control activations and deactivations of your Freehand software licenses.
To start, you’ll need an iLok account.
Click Sign In then log in with the same account you made while installing the Freehand Software.
When logged in go to All Licenses for details about each license.
The Available Tab shows license activations not yet activated while the All Activations tab shows activated licenses.
Over here, you can assign license activations.
By Default Freehand’s software licenses will use iLok Cloud activation, click to see which licenses are activated to your cloud.
If your cloud session is not open you will not be able to use software licensed to your cloud. To open a cloud session go to File then click Open Your Cloud Session.
Disregard this section as Freehand licenses activate to cloud accounts or dongles, not local computer hardware.
This next section is for your optional iLok Dongle. As a bonus, you may purchase an iLok dongle online and use it to activate your complimentary second license of Freehand Software.
To move or add an activation to your cloud or dongle click your account icon then go to the All Licenses tab
Click and drag the license to a destination then click OK. Each destination will handle one of each software license.
To Deactivate a License go to All Activations then select the license you wish to deactivate, click show details, click deactivate, then ok. You are now free to install and activate another computer.
