Files Don’t Print Through AccuRIP
Improper connection types, unexpected IP address changes, and PostScript Errors are reasons files won’t print or stop printing. AccuRIP Black Pearl’s current shipping version has Auto Detect and Connect ability resolving unexpected (USB, WiFi, and Ethernet) connection failures automatically.
Restart bothe the computer and printer. Using the Epson Printer Driver PRINT a TEST PAGE. If it fails to print contact Epson support directly. If the Epson test passed OPEN AccuRIP. From the FILE MENU select TEST PRINT. If it prints open a blank new page in DRAW or Illustrator. Create a black square and print it to prove a successful connection and driver. Address a problem file that may have a PostScript Error, or Submit a Live Agent Support Ticket for help from Freehand.
