I bought AccuRIP Emerald and was annoyed when I didn’t understand that it was something different from Sep Studio. But now that I have them both, I could not possibly be happier!! Even with zero training on the software, I have been able to stumble my way through it. Oh, just saying that has made me figure out how to nest all the small images. Woohoo! I don’t nest them in Sep Studio, I nest them in AccuRIP, don’t I? Oh hell yeah. I can do this.Things just got super busy here with the drop of your incredible software! Hello out there. I just want to say that I was helped by a fabulous technician from Freehand, Darryl. I was so frustrated in trying to get the Epson P800 printer and AccuRIP software to work. I had no issues with the Black Pearl regular and the Epson 1430 printer. It works great, but I needed to start printing larger film, so I bought the P800 in order to use the roll capabilities and print larger. The regular Black Pearl does not run this printer, so I use Black Pearl SE, but was having issues with it working with the printer properly. Anyway, to make a long story short, Darryl helped me immensely, and now I am able to print using the newest printer and software.Jen

Man, I’ve tried soooo many rips out over the last years and AccuRIP is the one in my opinion. I really like the way accurip works with the postscript dialogue and how clean it is with its options which are slim and highly functional. You can take it as far as using a transmission densitometer to control the dot gain in a calibrated way. The program really just sits in the background (outside of its internal options) and lets you run seps out of illy or photoshop as I always figured you should be able to do with postscript. It generates its own driver so you can run it on whatever OS you have as long as your printer is supported then life is good… I like how simple accurip is and how well it fits into a designer’s workflow.ZooCity

After looking into separation software for our company we decided to download the trial versions of what we saw as the two most popular titles in the market. They were T-Seps and Spot Process. After working with T-Seps for an entire weekend we could not achieve satisfactory results.After taking the advice of long time industry experts we downloaded the trial version of Spot Process. It was only 30 minutes until we actually creates our very own simulated process separations. We did a side by side comparison of the two products with all variables being the same and accurip was far superior. We were having issues with our films not being opaque and banding really badly, even bleeding in the tighter areas. The first film that we did was amazing and wow was I pissed. I made sure our graphic artist was doing everything as close as he could with the two programs and we compared the results. Accurip produced a far better film positive for us, I really don’t know why, I don’t really care, I’m just glad I don’t have to worry about weak, banded film anymore.Stand Back Burrito

Your right it prints perfect!!!!! Thanks so much for getting back to me so promptly – your service has been exceptional. I have done what you suggested, and printed onto paper, and the result is the same. This leads me to believe that the printer is probably the issue.We have decided to purchase a new Epson 4880, and will then try the software with this printer.
Thanks again. I will be in contact again once we have tested the printer using the trial version of Accu-rip, so that we can purchase the full license. Just as a side issue, if we do download the full version, what would happen if we at some stage [which I’m sure we will] need to upgrade our computer. Is it possible to get a disk, so that the program can be re-installed at a later date.

need these rubbish like color separation from Photoshop. Any way, all halftones is separated from channels with one button posh, usually some vector added in A.I. You made crystal clear soft which on my view is best for my needs!All the way we are ordered films from our partners, who have image setter , prices for us is nice, but some time we are need quick response and there for we trying set up ink-jet film producing.

First off, I’m not currently your customer. I had the misfortune of being advised (by my previous artist/screenprinter) to go with FastRIP. Note I said “previous”. He (previous screenprinter/artist) told me that the Epson 1280 was all to blame and US Screen Print said we needed an Epson 2200 using the FastINK bulk system, which we never did get working properly with US Screen Print’s help (or lack there of) so we’re still using the 1280.So I’d like to try your software and I know you have a free 14 day trial version, but can I get support during that period? If your trial period does not include support, is there anyway to extend it to 30 days?
Next, if I decide to go with your AccuRIP, is there any chance you might be adding the 2200 to your ALL Black Ink System? If not, I’ll consider that another bad decision and buy a 1400 while I can. Unless you don’t recommend your ALL Black Ink System, it sounds perfect to me since I do have/want one printer that produces nothing other than films.
I’d like to find a problem-free solution, and know I’m not going to find it at US Screen Print. I’m only planning on using their products until I find any other viable solution. I’m hoping you have them. Their products get the job done, but with no efficiency at all. And they’ve dropped support for the 1280, which is our current workhorse printer. You support both printers that we own, and ones that we would consider buying as upgrades.
Your product came highly recommended from my ink printing supplier (One Stroke Inks). I’m just hoping that AccuRIP is a nicer product than FastRIP, which is okay but by no means great.

I have just bought the Accurip software as part of a professional screen printing package. Being completely new to screen printing, Photoshop and Apple computers I was on a bit of a learning curve. Understandably I had a few queries with the set up of my film output system so called Accurip for some advice. The help I got was thorough but simple to understand and in plain English. The problem I had ended up being with my Photoshop settings and not with the accurip software at all, but they stayed with me until it got sorted. The software works and the service is excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough!Phil

AccuRIP produces the SHARPEST text I have ever seen come out from an inkjet (better than my laserjet). I am using the trial Accurip and it is BRILLIANT. Just the simple ability to control droplet size has solved my problem of not being able to achieve crisp text.Jorge

Got the activation code and am looking forward to profitably using the software. I purchased this through CamStat here in Canada and I tell you those guys really pump the product. I, being the ever skeptic consumer, decided to download a trial of the T-Rip program. I got it installed , thought I had it configured but then spent Friday afternoon and most of Saturday afternoon , trying to get working. I got all kinds of prints. Most unusable. Couldn’t figure out page orientation, prints that looked like (old fashion ) Postscript errors , partial prints ,files that had me run paper thru & thru the printer !Anyway, enough ranting . The biggest difference I could find was that T-Rip requires importing the file & AccuRip works from within the program I design in. More importantly, I got to produce inkjet film
