Certain inkjet printer models have sensors that do not sense film media well.

When a printer has a media loader that adjusts by “centering” the media that means the sensor is located in the center of the media path.

By adding a 1 inch or wider “low tack” paper strip to the non coated shiny polyester side of the film, the printer will now see opaque media and operate properly.

Load your film with the emulsion side facing up and the paper strip facing down.
