Separation Studio NXT is the evolution of color separation and printing for the screen print industry.

Users of pin registration systems will appreciate the ability to create and load custom press mark templates while also having the option to apply screen print friendly marks and layouts.

Expanding the ability of screen printers, print directly through AccuRIP™ Emerald, Ruby, Black Pearl, Black Pearl SE as well as any RIP software that uses a Hot Folder postscript file workflow.

Control printing separations using an easy toggle interface.

Preview active print separations.

Zoom in to inspect detail. Scroll. Zoom out. Click True to return to full view mode. 

Choose from stock templates or create and load your own custom templates.

Control image placement and scaling as desired.

Restore defaults to the last saved settings or create NEW defaults from existing settings.

Choose User Defined for dynamic control of marks.

Turn marks off or on, change their size, even move marks closer or further from the printed image area depending on your press needs.

Select your favorite mark style. Set a mark weight that works best with your mesh count.

Choose from 4 different layouts.

Scale your images by % or by inches/mm.

Image scale and overall print dimensions including marks are clearly displayed helping you print right the first time.

Save separations to a single DCS2 EPS file with marks.

Click Print to send seps to your favorite RIP software.

Sep Studio NXT expands your graphics tool kit using a nucleus print workflow allowing you to setup Sep Studio to print through a variety of RIP software expanding your list of supported printer models.
