Click the Mac link from the webpage URL sent from the tech.
After the file downloads double click to unzip it.
Now double click to open the Freehand QuickSupport software, agree to the permissions and terms then send back to the tech your secure and private ID number.
Mojave users with elevated system security must allow the remote connection.
Go to the System Preferences then click Security & Privacy.
Go to Accessibility, click the lock icon, enter your computer admin login password, click unlock, now click the checkbox next to TeamViewer.
Now your tech can control your computer.
