AccuRIP Black Pearl™ and SE are software requiring serial numbers to activate as a full use version (not a trial). Serial numbers are provided during the purchase process and reside in your My Account. An incomplete or failed purchase will result in a HOLD on the delivery of the serial number. Contact sales via CHAT to clear up the hold.
Issue with AccuRIP Serial Number:
If the serial number is not entered correctly in the software the OK button will not be available, or an error message will display. Common user errors are including a blank space before or after the serial number, leaving off a portion of the AccuRIP serial number such as a prefix (i.e. ACCURIPBP-), using the letter “O” instead of a zero. AccuRIP serial numbers can be used once for an Activation. You can transfer a serial number using the Activation Menu in the software.
Activation Limit Exceeded Error:
This message appears when trying to install a serial number already in use. It can also appear if you have transferred the serial number too many times. The server blocks the use to prevent software piracy.
Activating a Trial:
Download the trial from your My Account on this web site. If you do not have an account set one up. The trial is a FREE, fully-functional 14-day period of use to enjoy and profit from making professional films.
Avoid DOWNTIME with a Trial:
If you are operating AccuRIP but have a tech issue preventing the use of AccuRIP on a computer, simply download a trial and install it on another Windows or Mac computer. Connect to the printer to remain productive while you troubleshoot your issue.
